What we collect

Straight Line Golf Pro may collect your name, email, phone number, golf goals, handicap, chat messages, swing videos, swing reports, subscription status, and your choice about text-message permission.

How we use it

We use this information to answer golf questions, analyze submitted swings, create coaching reports, remember your progress, operate your membership, provide support, and send requested report or coaching follow-up. We do not sell your phone number or text-message consent.

Service providers

We may process information through providers that help deliver the service, including GoHighLevel for customer relationship management and messaging, Vercel for hosting and video storage, and Google Gemini for AI-assisted swing review and conversation. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices.

Swing videos and report links

Swing videos are stored as private service assets and delivered through a report-specific link. Do not share that link with anyone you do not want to view your report. We retain videos and reports only as needed to provide coaching, maintain swing history, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Text messages

Optional Stubbs texts cover requested AI golf coaching conversations, swing-report notifications, and support requests. We record your consent choice, the wording you saw, its source, and its timestamp. We send texts only after you opt in and your phone ownership is verified. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text permission is not required for free membership, web chat, or a purchase.

We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in records and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver messages and support this program, solely on our behalf.

Your choices
